Yes. Valid photographic ID is required before the course begins. This can be your Driving Licence, Taxi Licence Badge or Passport.

You’ll need Zoom installed on a laptop or tablet (recommended), or a smartphone, together with a working camera, microphone and reliable internet connection.
If you lose your internet connection during the course, you should rejoin using your original Zoom link as soon as possible. Extended periods away from the session may require you to rebook your training
